Joshua Tree II
So we woke this morning with the hope and desire to head back to Joshua Tree National Park for one more ride. The weather app said blue skies but wind might be an issue.
So … head west we did and the closer we got the higher the winds seemed to blow.
When we got out of the car, the wind grabbed my door and gave me a quick lesson on what it was thinking. Add to that the 48 degree temperature and we almost just called it. But instead we added layers and rode anyway.

We ended up doing a nice 17 mile out and back ride. Fought the 20 mph crosswinds but focused on the sunny blue skies instead and had a great ride. Joshua Tree is another ride you just can’t do anywhere else.
