Withlacoochee Trail North
The Withlacoochee Trail is actually 46 miles one way so we thought today we should do a bit more of the northern section. After our stay in Crystal River, we found we were only 18 miles from the northern terminus so we made the quick drive to cycle from the northern terminus to Inverness and back.

The trail was much the same as yesterday, wide, smooth but not as shaded. We also noticed that there wasn’t as much traffic although I did count 21 trikes, 4 recumbents, 1 velomobiles and 40+ uprights. The traffic increased the closer we got to Inverness.
Other than that, bit more wind and slightly hotter than yesterday but the breeze and limited shading helped keep us comfortable.
