9/2/19 - Another beautiful morning
After breakfast and catching up on this journal I headed out for a ride. Today’s goal was to reach the 1000-mile mark for the trip. Stopped at Whole Foods for lunch and trail mix. Returned to my WS host with exactly 1000.0 miles on my odometer. Now any additional distance will just be a bonus!
Tomorrow I will ride to Palo Alto for one or two nights, then on to San Jose. In San Jose I plan to take bike to Amtrak for shipping home.
Today's ride: 19 miles (31 km)
Total: 1,000 miles (1,609 km)
