Day 9: Short ride To Lowman
Home Again
"A mouse got into one of panniers and it is still there," Patrick says. He looks through his pannier and only finds torn up paper.
We have a very relaxed morning since the ride to Lowman is short and Frans and Petra are to pick us up at noon at the gas station. At 10 we start to pack up and head out.
It really is almost downhill.
We arrive at the station around 11 and have cold drink and candy bar. Right at noon, Frans and Petra arrive from spending the weekend at McCall. We continue on Hwy 21 to Idaho City and Boise. We have ridden this stretch of road twice, once as a training ride and once coming back from cycling Asia and Alaska to home 2006-07.
And then, just like that we are back home.
