The Appalachian Range

The trail now follows the Casselman River out of Confluence. It’s a very scenic part of the trail but a little soft as the trail has been recently resurfaced and is not yet very firm. 

Leaves are starting to turn color and fall on the trail.

We are probably the first people to stop and have their picture taken at the eastern continental divide.
