Khlong Wan to Ban Krut

After a "so-so" breakfast - however great presented on the boat of the terrace - today we went in the direction of Ban Krut.
Very pretty route through coconut palm plantations. But then our Navi fooled us 🤨
It thought to know ways, but they were just not there - or just consisted of sand between coconut palms.
Funnily enough, it was not only us - two Frenchmen and two Canadians have also been fooled by their devices despite using other systems.
Anyway, Highway 4 is also a pleasant place to drive.
After a few kilometers we went down again and for the most part nicely through more plantations.
Sounds like shit, but it was really nice.
Even some short sections with sand or gravel can not diminish the good impression.
We were wondering why almost no one honks at us, waves at us or calls out with a loud "hello".
Apparently, bike-riding long-noses have become just too normal. We have met eight today 😳
Well, it's beautiful and fun - so who can blame them?!??
Now, after about 70 km, we are in Ban Krut and have found a nice bungalow for under 20 euros.
Very nice, about 50 meters to the beach....
And that is really terrific 🥰
It‘s a little bit crowded with the whole Asians who spend their Sunday here 🤔😝🤣
No just kidding, everything is fine.
Just had chicken with cashew nuts and then a fat ice cream sundae.
Now let's see where we're going tomorrow.

Oh yes - congratulations Effzeh 🎉💥🎉💥
Nach einem „geht so“ Frühstück - allerdings toll auf dem Boot der Terrasse präsentiert - ging es heute Richtung Ban Krut.
Sehr hübsche Strecke durch Kokosnusspalmenplantagen. Dann hat uns aber unser Navi verarscht 🤨
Es meinte Wege zu kennen, die aber einfach nicht da waren - oder halt nur aus Sand zwischen Kokosnuss-Palmen bestanden.
Lustigerweise ging es nicht nur uns so - zwei Franzosen und zwei Kanadier sind trotz anderer Systeme ebenfalls von ihren Geräten reingelegt worden.
Egal, auch über Highway 4 fährt es sich angenehm.
Nach ein paar Kilometern sind wir wieder runter und zum Großteil schön durch weitere Plantagen gefahren.
Hört sich scheiße an, war aber wirklich schön.
Selbst einige kurze Abschnitte mit Sand bzw Schotter können den guten Eindruck nicht schmälern.
Wir haben uns ja schon gewundert, warum uns so gut wie niemand mehr anhupt, zuwinkt oder ein lautes "hello" zuruft.
Anscheinend sind Fahrrad fahrende Langnasen einfach zu normal geworden. Wir haben heute acht getroffen 😳
Na ja, ist ja auch wunderschön und macht Spaß - wer will es ihnen also verdenken?!?
Nun sind wir nach rund 70 km in Ban Krut und haben einen hübschen Bungalow für unter 20 Euro gefunden.

Und der ist wirklich grandios 🥰
Es stören nur ein wenig die ganzen Asiaten, die ihren Sonntag hier verbringen 🤔😝🤣
Nein quatschi, alles prima.
Hatten grade Huhn mit Cashewnüssen und danach nen fetten Eisbecher.
Jetzt schauen wir gleich mal, wo wir morgen hin fahren.
