There had been talk of rain in the morning. It was supposed to be light and blow over by 9.
we may have actually been in the cloud as we were on higher ground than the lake where we were a few miles inland. Most of us rode in the van down to a state park on the lake and started biking there. Some nice trails and views of Lake Superior. More waterfalls.
Near the destination at Two Harbors, we were on busy MN 61. Sometimes there was a good shoulder and sometimes not. There were some steep grades up to 10% on the trails.
