Recharged: Day 31 - Hanging out in Winnipeg

Thanks Leslie and Paul!.

Slept in until 9:30, sat around chatting and drinking coffee until 11. Legs highly appreciative of the break.

We walked down to The Forks, a really well done redevelopment of the original Winnipeg settelment area and met Kirsten's godfatther Brian Aitkens for lunch.

Checked out The Forks after lunch and then headed back to Lelsie and Paul's.

Great day off, legs rested, clothes washed and we are recharged and ready to go for the next leg.

More Parks Canada chairs at The Forks. How many of these can we get across the country?

Some pretty cool sculptures that actually frame particular stars at precise times of the year. One of them will frame a star in the constellation ?? tomorrow, July 4 at 11:06 pm. We can't stick around for that but i think it would be pretty cool
