To Meersburg then Friedrichshafen

Cruising, Castling and Zeppelining

Day 7 Sunday, Uhldingen - Meersburg - Friedrichshafen

We had a short ride to Meersburg after meandering a bit in Uhldingen. The castle and old town was very interesting, and are on a steep hill that we pushed the bikes up. I liked the castle visit, and Lisa enjoyed a blissful hour in the town square instead:)

We had a nice modern hotel at the Seehotel in Friedrichshafen.

After checking in we walked by the lakeside to the Zeppelin Museum, which was very good. The company still makes dirigibles in town, such as those seen at football games.

We bumped into fellow rider Beatrice from the last few days as we set out for dinner.  We joined her for a tasty meal at an Indian restaurant that she had found. It was fabulous, but shockingly did not serve alcohol!?!
