This morning, Kim and I dined on oatmeal, muffins, and tea before departing our campsite - on our FEET instead of our bicycles! We hiked 1/2 mile down to see the lower Tauquamenom Falls, and then hiked four miles back upstream on a trail right next to the Tauquamenom River to the Upper Falls. Why? We just HAD to eat at that Brew Pub again! We returned to our campsite, hopped on our bicycles, and pedaled east on M123.
At the town of Paradise, we FINALLY made the fateful right turn to the south that will eventually take us back to Kim's car. Anyway, after 17 miles we got to a camp site at the Tahquamenom Rivermouth portion of the park. There, we built a fire and settled in for the evening.
Today's ride: 17 miles (27 km)
Total: 664 miles (1,069 km)
