With a mental flip of a switch, all of a sudden we're in bike touring mode. We're making connections with people in Japan, firming up our first ten days or so of riding plans, and even starting to pack a little. But we're still training as much as we can. I had a big 90-mile ride planned for today, and we could've managed it, but we threw in the towel after 67 miles and called it good.
