Perhaps I don’t need a rain jacket and warm clothing?

I created this simple page back in April. Now it is almost June. It has been raining for weeks in central and northern Spain. The forecast for the next ten days in Madrid? Rain every day. At this exact instant in Madrid? Heavy rain! We were originally concerned about heat. Now I'm trying to decide how serious of rain gear I should bring.
