Zac is 56 years old, married, and a part-time attorney (immigration law) in Houston. He grew up in mainland China and came to the U.S. in 1999 for a Ph.D. in philosophy at Notre Dame and  post-doctoral work at UC-Berkeley.  Then law school at Valparaiso. On a journey of self-reflection, he recently hiked the entire Camino de Santiago in Spain. His son is at Ft. Bragg NC, serving in the 82d Airborne.
