We're camping at Colorado Landing RV Park near La Grange TX. La Grange was settled by people of Czech ancestry. I stopped at a bakery that specializes in kolaches, a Czech pastry.

Here's a photo of our caterer, Anne (on the left), and the line-up for dinner at 6 p.m. Anne prepared a great meal, as always. Pork tenderloin wrapped in bacon, chicken with dumplings, corn on the cob, quinoa salad, spinach salad, and chocolate trifle for dessert.
