Day 187: Cooma to home - A happy ride around Australia (third attempt) - CycleBlaze

December 1, 2022

Day 187: Cooma to home

Start: 5am
Distance: 124km
Ride time: 6:37hours
Average: 19km/hr
Max: 53km/hr
Finish: 1:30pm

I slept poorly last night as I was a bit anxious wondering if I would make it home today. I woke at 4:30am and decided to hit the road early.

There were far fewer trucks today than yesterday. The temperature was cool and the wind was light, making for good cycling progress.

This was on the edge of town.

Vince McCarthyThank you Cheryl,

Now that I'm home, I look forward to reading other people's blogs too. I didn't really have the time to do it while I was riding.
Cheers
