There were some sculptures near the caravan park.

We checked out of the caravan park as we are changing accommodation today.

I left my bike at the caravan park reception carpark for a few days and we got a hire car. I hope my bike is there when I return.

A great silo artwork by Cam Scale. Perhaps the nicest silo artwork I've seen.

We went here and bought nice smelly stuff.

I will put a little lavender bag in my clothes bag to make them smell pretty instead of a cyclist's usual odour.

We saw a couple of wedged-tailed eagles soaring above.

Emu Bay beach.

We checked into the Waves and Wildlife Cottages for the next few days. It's in a bit of an isolated spot.

On the road outside the property, we stopped because we saw a few kangaroos.  We were so excited, we spent 10 minutes watching them.

Then we drove into the property and saw there were heaps of kangaroos everywhere and they were a little tame.

The kangaroos here look different from the mainland ones. They are woollier. Perhaps because this island always has cold winds?

Our little cottage has a great view.

Serena was happy to see the kangaroos.

To get to the Stokes Bay Beach, one has to walk through a very narrow rock chasm.

And then you arrive at a lovely small sandy beach.

Petroica boodang.

We had a very tasty dinner of local produce.

The local kangaroos came in for a closer look at what we were doing.
