Finally on the velo: 🚴🏽‍♀️

Again this morning it was raining so off we went to the Obernai nmarket that has been active since 1304. We mostly purchased food of all types. However this afternoon we did manage to get on our bikes for a shake out ride. We rode 10km uphill and then 10Km downhill. We had planned a longer ride but Ron was having issues with his brakes and the weather was deteriorating so we cut it short. Tomorrow H&C get bikes and the forecast is good so we will all ride.

It is white asparagus season in the Alsace. So far we have had it twice including breakfast but more to come. Yum, yum.

Dinner tonight a roasted chicken, rib as and roasted potatoes all purchased at the market.

Ron on the ride up the hill from our village. 10km up and 10km down.

We have discovered a local winery that has amazing Crémant (bubbly wine) for $12.

Good friends, good food, good wine. What more can you ask for.
