What, Again?
We limped (literally) back from Hawaii just two weeks ago. At that time we felt we would have to take Dodie's knees in for a major overhaul, putting touring on the back burner for who knows how long. But the doctor wasn't buying it, and merely prescribed Naproxen. It seems to be working. So throwing caution to the wind, here we go again!
Unlike Hawaii, Florida is pretty much flat. But like Hawaii, it has lots of tropical plants and birds, not to mention gators and the occasional Burmese python! We found it very interesting as we charged through last year on the Southern Tier. Now we will zoom in for a closer look.
It's a couple of weeks until we start, but we have been running in circles (literally) figuring out a good route. Florida effectively resists efficient circling by hanging the Keys way out in the Gulf of Mexico. Check the next page soon to see what we have come up with so far.
