Kampong Cham to Siem reap by bus
Not much to report.
Woke up at the usual four forty five am and wasted time by having some breakfast at the Mekong Crossing while waiting to go catch the bus to Siem Reap.
The bus was scheduled to leave at 8:30. It arrived at 8:15 - promising. It left at 8:55 - positively early by Cambodian standards. Eventually left Kampong Cham city at 9:45 - business as usual.
We arrived in Siem Reap at about two thirty, cycled in to the Two Dragons in 20th Street just off Wat Bo Road and checked into the same room in which we stayed 4 years ago.
Later we went to the new ticket office to buy a 7 day pass to the Angkor complex (any 7 days over a 30 day period).
Today's ride: 17 km (11 miles)
Total: 3,741 km (2,323 miles)
