It always seems to me that these days when I plan a cycling trip, I leave too much time between to pad each trip. The last 'real' tour was five years ago when I cycled from Istanbul to Lisbon (see CGOAB if interested). Though not one of my traditional point-to-point tours, this trip is, just the same, one of touring and semi-adventure into the unknown of any out-of-the way roads we can find.

This will not be a solo trip or a group ride: My wife MA will be cycling alongside me, this time.
