Awoke in the middle of the night to a sick feeling and immediately started vomiting. This went on through the night. Attempted to get up for breakfast and it started again. We think it may be food poisoning.

Anyway, we are staying here at the hotel for at least another night.
They have kindly sent up a big floor fan, tea fixings and anything that I can keep down.

Have spent the complete day in bed - sick head and exhausted.

Barry has been a good nurse and has used the time to catch up on the journal and internet planning.

As much as we love to travel, there is no place like home when you are sick.

We'll see what tomorrow brings - we may stay or we may go. If we leave, I think it will be a short day of riding.
