Much of the setup will be similar to the last trip.

The big difference is that I'm not taking the new Black Mistress, but instead the old Montague bike which is going down to SE Asia and then staying there.  Prior to covid, that bike was stored in Thailand at a guesthouse and then used for trips during the holidays.  It was temporarily taken out of there and stored in China during the pandemic, but we're now going back to the old practice after nearly four years.  So it's a matter of flying the bike down there but not flying it back.

Getting the old Montague out of China is also part of the long-term decluttering strategy which is about 90% complete at this point.  I made some huge progress on all that during covid, and the aim is to finish all the decluttering before the summer of 2024.
