Dissolve Amtrak
I tried to purchase a ticket using my Chromebook. It did not play well with Amtrak's site. We tried using my wife’s Windows computer, but we could not add a bicycle to the ticket. I called Amtrak and got the usual “half hour wait time leave your number we will call you back.” Amtrak returned my call 45 minutes later and I got put on hold for twelve minutes before someone helped me. The ticket agent sold me a 6 a.m. Acela ticket with a $20 bicycle supplement from Penn/Moynihan Station to DC.
