Off to the coast: Vina del Mar

After the cycling trip we headed to Viña del Mar and Valparaiso for a few days. Along the way to the coast we stopped at the Veramonte winery for a tasting of some very nice wines. This is one of the oldest wineries in the Casablanca valley. Our guide gave us a very good explanation of the Chilean wine industry which produces some very high quality wines at a very good price.

My serious tasting, thankfully Patti was driving because she does not like red she only tasted the Savy.
