Day 8, Clermont to Brooksville

We took the Richloam route to avoid 50

Departing Clermont at 7 AM. We have over 60 to do and wanted to get an early start.

We’re waiting for Gregg. He discovered that the Ride with GPS route was to take us on a private road with locked gate. We rerouted on some decent roads

We hit the dirt and for the first 2.5 miles it’s a soft sand hellscape.

Mike RoweDuring Huracan we rode from the Green Swamp and then did all the Croom MTB trails and headed through Brookville and then north. I might have been a little bit north.
