Maribel to Oconto

Maribel to Oconto, Wisconsin. Our day began with cool but sunny temps as we left Devils Lake Campground and started north. Some wind and we were headed into it from a stretch but nothing too crazy.
We passed through Green Bay along the Fox River Trail. Saw American White Pelican on the water and six Great Egrets and two Green Heron. At about the half way point we had lunch at a family restaurant, where Dave and Loretta switched places. Dave rode with us the second half. We had wet tents from the night before and laid them out on the grass to air out next to a busy road. Needs must. Then we kept riding and it was smooth sailing from there to Oconto. Camping tonight in Oconto. Again a rain shower moved through, shortly after we were all set up. Turning in early. Tomorrow is a scheduled to be a longer day - as we head to Escanaba, and cross into the state of Michigan.
