Sure, I slept 10 hours and 44 minutes and could barely walk when I finally got out of bed this noon.

But, I also did 6,242 characters of translation¹ and I got all my laundry clean².

So, it was totally a 'work day' and not at all a 'rest day'.

That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

¹ Or around 15 days worth of touring expenses 
² Even if I did have to pay a nearby dry cleaners an utterly exorbitant amount because the hotel insisted that their laundry facilities were completely unsuitable for something as small as my bag of grubbies.
