It's a good thing I had work available to do today because despite using a washing machine (and therefore having the majority of the water all spun out of my clothing) my clothing is still substantially damp when I go up to the roof to check on it and the weather is no longer being hot enough that slightly damp stuff can go into the tops of my panniers and come out at the end of the day anything other than smelling bad.
