They’ve really embraced the railroad history in Reed City - this is a re-creation of the depot that had been demolished after the decline of rail activity in the area

This was the Paris State Fish Hatchery - now a Mecosta County park. It first operated in 1881 - I didn’t realize hatcheries went back that long in Michigan
