Day 82: Golden Lake to Iron Mountain

The beautiful Iron County Courthouse in downtown Crystal Falls. That’s what a $30,000 project looked like back in 1890.

Because of meandering state lines and relatively straight highways, I ended up back in Wisconsin for a little while today. It felt kind of like I was going backward but I appreciated being greeted more enthusiastically this time.
