Day 12: Tonasket to Beth Lake USFS Campground

I opted to avoid Washington 20 between Tonasket and Kettle Falls and take an alternate route. This section of the WA-20 highway has some places with heavy commercial traffic (logging and mining) paired with narrow shoulders. This didn’t sound appealing so I took a slightly longer way around. This is day one of that three day “off-the-beaten-path” journey.
