I headed South along the Mississippi. I switched back and forth between the road on top of the levees and the road next to it. The former was unpaved, while the latter had no shoulder with plenty of traffic.

Coal was being unloaded from ships onto these piles. Bulldozers would then flatten the piles.

Here I chose the road on top of the levee
