I spent most of the day heading west on route 40.

Yep, a bicycle is just like any other vehicle

Cycling over the Susquehanna River is only allowed during the day and outside rush hour. You press the button the light will flash for a few minutes to warn motorists. I paid no till, but apparently $8 is payable in the opposite direction.
