We have reached the end of the Main Danube Canal at Bamburg

When I left you We were been transported from Passau to Regensburg and our new ship the Avalon View. This had a silver lining as although identical in design it has a much more pleasing colour scheme. We left the Danube at Kelheim and were now on the Main Danube Canal. We woke up next morning in Nuremberg and the tour we had of Hitlers Rally Grounds and the Courthouse of the trials was very informative and sobering. This morning it was in Bamburg that we awoke and in we went to that beautiful city. We have now entered the Main river

Yes we can go cycling from the boat but the step through is too high for me to use the bikes
