AS I mentioned yesterday, though sounding funny, my stomach stayed calm so by morning I was ready to walk once again.

Where did we go today? Nowhere far, but just rambled about.

We had a snack back at the cafe we had found during the first few days - it was tricky to find it again, but we did find it. We asked them about a spot for beer - they suggested a spot just around the corner to which we found ourselves.

The initial stop was for a quick drink, but we ended up ordering food and chatting with the fellow who worked here. Interestingly, he had been to Vancouver a bit ago, having applied for uni there, but in the end was not accepted.

Heading back towards the apartment, we picked up some gifts for the kids, a few bits of food for the morning since we will be heading out, then back to the room to pack our things and make sure the bikes were ready to travel.

I'm not ready to return home.
