Day 72 - Kostajnica to Prijedor

We accidentally had an adventure! With Sarah's sickness seemingly peaking, we really should have stayed put. Instead we set off on a little 40km day to the next big town of Prijedor. And unknown to us, the first 15-20km was to be up lots and lots of hills on remote gravel roads, through tiny rural communities with more tractors than cars. To say it was a struggle would be an understatement. Unfortunately due to our condition we are still finding it difficult to smell the flowers, look on the bright side, marvel at the silver linings or whatever. I am feeling pretty much recovered now, so hopefully Sarah soon will be as well.

Days 73 + 74 - rest days Prijedor

Ali JaryRiding riding and still not out of the woods ! Sending a final ‘wave bye bye to snivels snot and whatever it is that has beset you ! Really hope it goes away soon and that Prijedor gives up its best love and comforts healing to you both !! X
