* We do not carry any cooking gear preferring to either eat in cheap restaurants or buy salads, bread, cheese etc from supermarkets.
* Most of this fits into our back panniers, The heavier electronic gear and various other heavier things such as the maps go into our front bags, The tent lies on top of Ken's panniers and the net book , in a small back pack across mine.
* The total weight of all this is 15kg per person.
