It was a picturesque rural ride. The first commercial siting was a gas station 30 miles in.

This was an odd site in the middle of nowhere. Perhaps left over from R66 riders who abandoned the ride.

This Sinclair station opened in 1926 and was operated by the same family for 30 years. It’s been nicely renovated.
