Day 121: Bosse Bol

At10 we meet up with Linda and Marco to go for Bosse Bol.

A Bossche bol – or just called chocoladebol inits city of origin – is a pastry from the Dutch city of 's‑Hertogenbosch. It iseffectively a large profiterole, about 12 cm in diameter, filled with whippedcream and coated entirely or almost entirely with chocolate fondanticing.
