8/15/19 - Coos Bay to Bullards Beach SP

After Daniel’s delicious oatmeal we headed out for the day. He and Margaret were awesome WS hosts. He gave us some good tips on our next route segments.

Sure beats the package kind we use at campgrounds

Heading out from the town of Coos Bay I spotted this CPA sign and it made me laugh.

I saw a “Speedway” sign and wondered if it was going to have a NASCAR affiliation

We took 42 and 42S to stay off of 101 for a while today. What a relief from the traffic noise. Several long stretches where the only sounds were wind in the trees and tires rolling along the pavement. Both hungry for lunch, Rose picked out a pizza place and had the order in before I caught up. We dug right in without a photo first. Happens that way quite often.
