Day 82 - Change of plans, zero day
As I mentioned in my post yesterday, Oregon has several active wildfires. Prairie City, where I stayed last night, has poor air quality and a bunch of towns on my route heading west also have bad air quality. It is simply unsafe to do any physical activity outdoors in these areas for the next 2 days
I decided to catch the bus out of Prairie City this morning at 6am, ride it to Redmond, OR (150 miles west) and stay overnight in Redmond. Air quality in Redmond is better. Going to ride from Redmond to Astoria and finish my journey
