Quilotoa(12600ft) to Angamarca (9730ft) after hitting a high of 13200 ft. Total elevation gain of 4000+ ft.
I woke up to my entire tent and bike covered in rime ice/snow.

Beautiful paved road for the first 5-10 km after highway but a beautiful ride through paramo and then bajada-suvida and a great bajada into Angamarca.
We spent an extra day here in Angamarca as a rest day which also happened to be their 1st day of festival.
