rain expected all day. we decided to take today off and ride tomorrow. As we approached Lake Superior, we listened to the "Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald." As we drove along the coast on Highway 61, we listened to Bob Dylan's Highway 61 Revisited and then The Band and Last Waltz. Tomorrow was a scheduled day off. We went up to Grand Marais, visited the Cascade River Waterfalls. We went to Fish out of Water Gift Shop and rode the Gondolas at Lutsen ski area and had lunch there.
We will ride what was to be today's route tomorrow but in reverse, hoping for a tail wind.
