Paradise

Chomlay Restaurant and Bungalows south of the tiny town of Pak Klong.

This place was so relaxing I thought it was worthy of showing you a few more photos.

I'm not sure what exactly this is. It could be the remains of a puffer fish.

Sunrise sunlight hit our bungalow perfectly.

The new pier in the tiny town and looking north to another beach.

Chomlay Restaurant. Their wifi was very good at the restaurant but not at our bungalow.

Krapow with squid and shrimp. Krapow mostly means holy basil.

Another place diners can sit closer to the sea.

The view from our bungalow each night of the squid boats. The lights attract the squid. I guess squid are partial to green lights.

During the day the squid fishermen anchor their boats at the far end of the bay, so far that my zoom didn't do well.

Chomlay will also lower your dinner down to you in a basket if you choose to take one of the tables right down near the beach.

Behind Chomlay Restaurant and Bungalows is an oil palm grove for a couple of hundred meters to the main road.

A school of tiny green fish swimming very near to shore.

Between these images and your description of Paradise Bungalow, I'm enjoying a full-mind smile imagining that feeling of reset.

How wonderful to have this journal to return to that feeling.
