Day 5 - Dillingen to Neuburg

We are now in Neuburg on the Danube after riding 75km from Dillingen. We did not spend a lot of time along the river today rather it came and went because the trail took us away from the river. Nonetheless it was again a lovely ride through villages and farmland. This was the hilliest day so far but still only 1100’ of climbing however some of it was pretty steep and on dirt tracks.

What a great use for a vending machine, certainly better than cigarettes. This one dispenses bike tubes outside a bike shop when it is closed.

We spent a lot of time today passing through corn and turnip fields.

Gail JohnsonLove the cape, can hardly wait to see you wearing it. Looks like the weather has improved and so have the number of smiles. As always, lovely photos.
