T-11: 海甸岛

This screenshot is from about an hour after it made landfall. The island is 250km across. 这个截图是台风登陆大概一个小时后。海南岛的宽度有250公里。

As I write this, SuperTyphoon Yagi is moving northeast at around 20kph and is still about 5km off the coast of Wenchang.

提笔时，台风摩羯正以每小时二十公里的速度朝西北方向移动，距文昌海岸仍有五公里。

I'm in Haikou. The power has flickered a few times. My building has shook in some of the harder gusts of wind. But, even if "Six Closed Emergency Management¹" measures are in effect, it's still mostly just heavy rains that don't feel particularly different from a normal Typhoon Day².

我在海口，电灯闪烁了好几次。我住的这栋楼在疾风中有些许摇晃。即便“应急管理的六项关闭”措施正在实施，我觉着这就是个普通台风天，雨大风大的，并无特别之处。

While I can't say as I usually pay very much attention to the news for Typhoon Day, the last time I remember my not-very-tall building shaking was SuperTyphoon Rammasun in 2014, and we've still got 5 or 6 hours before the storm is supposed to pass over the city. No current news on Haikou's winds but Beaufort Scale Force 12 winds have already been recorded in Wenchang.

我平常不太关注台风新闻，但是我记得，上次我住的那栋矮一点的楼摇摇晃晃，是在2014年台风威马逊期间。这次台风过境海口还得需要五到六个小时。现在没有新闻报道海口的风有多大，但是文昌的风已经达到十二级了。

My roof used to have a lean-to for hanging laundry. 楼顶本来有晒衣棚。

I'm taking this time to work on a proofreading project for Important State-owned Publishing Company and pack for the Tour. Or, at least, to try to pack for the Tour. A lot of what I've been doing has been discovering that I a) cannot find any usable bike shorts and b) whatever I did with the thermals I picked up from the courier after mailing them home midTour in February, I can't find them either.

我这会儿正在校对给某个国有出版公司做的翻译项目，以及准备骑行的物品。我发现了两个事：第一，我找不到可以穿的骑行短裤；第二，我也找不到保暖衣，二月份时我把这些保暖衣寄回来了，后边也去拿了快递。

I don't mind the loss of the bib tights. Similarly, I don't mind that I can't find the full-length tights. Both are replaceable. Both have been owned for over a decade.

我并不在意丢了这紧身长裤。找不到长裤也没关系。总有东西可以代替它们，况且我穿它俩已超过十年。

I am, however, really pissed that I can't find my thermal jersey from the Indonesian Polygon Sweet Nice team cause, as with most stuff acquired from professional teams, it not only was really good quality it cannot be replaced³.

然而，找不到那件从印度尼西亚车队来的保暖上衣让我很恼火，跟其他的专业车队那到的东西一样，质量非常好而且无法在买。
