Off again on a cycling journey

It is May 27 and I am off to France and several other countries to hike and bike.  Our flights were uneventful but we did have a long layover in Frankfurt mostly because it was Sunday and the mid-afternoon flight was cancelled.  Our luck we arrived in Lyon on a holiday weekend so finding a SIM card was impossible.  Nonetheless we settled into our hotel, wandered about to stay awake and enjoyed a nice dinner in a pleasant square before giving in to our jet lag.

I saw these cool sleeping quarters in the Frankfurt airport. We just hung out in the lounge that did have showers.
