Day 11 Seattle: A Second Rest Day
Today was a day to relax and get ready for STP. We made our liesurely way out to the U district, taking the Seattle Light Rail system and leaving the bikes at home today.

What a beautiful campus this is! We enjoyed walking through it on our way to get our hair trimmed by our niece, Jacquie. Jim's hair doesn't usually take that long to look after (I usually do it at home), but today he got the royal treatment! Now there'll be no living with him, Jacquie!
I, too got a trim and we were all set, looking pretty spiffy for a couple who are about to embark on a long treck - who knows when we'll get to look this good again?

The evening was spent having dinner with my good friend, Cary at Mike and Leslie's.
It was going to be an early morning for us riders - up at 5:00 and out the door by 6:00 was our goal. Hope I sleep!
