Our planned start up the mountain was put on hold when Leigh rushed off to the toilet at about two o'clock this morning in what was the first of a number of unwanted responses to the chicken that we had for supper last night.  I was hardly  affected but we thought that the two nights of wildcamping we had planned should be put on hold until we were sure that she had fully recovered. 

Not wanting to spend another night in the dive that has been our home for the past two days, we booked a room at a hotel further from the beach where a similar room cost converted into far better facilities.  It's clean,  it's modern and it has a sparkling pool so it's distance from the beach is not an issue for us.

Leigh is feeling a lot better now so hopefully we will be ready to hit the road tomorrow.   I'm champing at the bit.
