You could find great section along this route EV 6 River Route for the overview, and this is a section we did last year Along canals. Though we would also echo all those who have suggested the Danube route. But nothing is flatter than Holland and good beer and Chocolate. If you decide to cycle in Holland let us know and can offer more suggestions.
